Is Oral Lichen Planus And Lymphocytic Colitis Related?
I ws just diagnosed with oral lichen planus aftr suffering from painful ulcers for 8mths. Also wcb, rbc, lymp bc and others dropped to the point i used neupogen 5 injections a month for 5 months same time got lymphocytic colitis, same time being tested for autoimmune conditons and go for bone marrow biopsy tues. do u think all this oould be relation. Also exhausted, feeling hot all over often, light night sweats.

I really appreciate your concern, differential diagnosis would be matter of concern here in your case and it need to be ruled out for viral infection, and malignancy, you have not mentioned the site of lesion in mouth some time it matters the great. In my opinion biopsy will clear the picture, it is also advisable to rule out the malabsorption syndrome, folic acid deficiency.
