Is Novelon Safe To Use?

hello doctor .im sujata. my LMP was 15th of may .pregnenacy test was negative. my doctor advise me to take novelon tablets daily 2 tablets for 7 days .today is the 11th day of completing that course but still ididnt got my periods plz suggest me what shall i do .

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you have taken novelon tablets for 7 days, even after finishing 11 days passed you didn't have period yet in spite of the negative pregnancy test.
To be on safe side go for H,C,G test and ultrasound to exclude pregnancy.
The other causes may be the anemia, anxiety, in case of anxiety you may The tests it self may bring the periods.
I usually prescribe to my patient with anemia, hematinics, protein supplements, and multivitamins.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
