Is Not Being Able To Walk Straight Due To Orthotic Tremors ?

My husband was semi diagnosed as having orthotic tremors by his neurologist, but she was not sure. He cannot walk straight and cannot lift his legs when walking so he shuffles his feet. Sometimes the tremors are in his hands when he tres to reach or grip something. I hear this is a rare diagnosis.
