Is Negative Result In Ag P 24 Test Mean Absence Of HIV Risk?

Hi. I'm Steve. I live in Italy and my english is not so good.
I would ask this: on 24 october I practiced cunnilingus to a prostitute. Is there any HIV risk for this?
On 7 november (after two week) I decided to get a test to detect antibody and ag p 24 and it was negative.
Is it sure the ag p 24 test? Should I retest.

Thanks for you attention

hi, you have chance of hiv infection because you are exposed to the high risk person with sexual contact. p24 antigen test is confirmatory test for hiv. however even it ia also not accurate after 15 days. it should be done 3 to 4 weeks after exposure. you should go for retest for hiv. it will give perfect result.
thanks for using health care magic.
