Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Regarding Sperms in your semen analysis, it is normal.
Problem is presence of pus cells. This indicate that there is infection either in testicles(orchitis) or epididymis or urinary tract infection. You need to consult a urologist for clinical examinations, investigations and medicines like antibiotics.

Hope i answered your query.
