You may be suffering from hepatitis.
SGPT is increased.It indicates liver injury.
SGOT is nonspecific and it may be increased in other diseases also.
Bilirubin level is also increased.
You also need few more investigations like viral markers,Lipid profile,Ultrasound of abdomen.
You can take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.
You should avoid fatty food.
