Is My Blood Work At 32 Weeks Of Pregnancy Normal?

i am 46 year old.i am 32 weeks an 2 days normal pregnant,but my serum ferritine is 5.9 ng/ml,urine recation is acidic,a few epith cells, pus cells 14-16 /hpf,protein traces present,epith cells positive,haemoglobin varies from 9.8,10.8 and 11.3g/dl,pcv 0.34i/l,platelet count 416,lymphocytes 16%,neutrophils 85%,plasma glucose (random)is 3.5 mmol/l

Thanks for your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows
1. Serum ferritin is in the normal range.
2. Hemoglobin 11.3 is normal, however you need to take iron supplements as there is an increase in demand for iron during pregnancy.
3. Urine analysis shows an increase in pus cells, which indicates a urinary tract infection. Epithelial cells can be seen in infection. Get a urine culture sensitivity, meanwhile you can start with antibiotics after discussing with your consulting doctor.
4. Neutrophils are high, which occurs in the setting of acute infection usually bacterial.
5. Sugars are normal.
