Is Mouth Ulcer After Oral Sex A Symptom For Have Contracted HIV?

I had a protected vaginal intercourse and unprotected oral sex. With a prostitute while I was in Amsterdam on 6th January. After four days I had a small painless mouth ulcer inside my lower lip. Now I am really scared and having sleepless nights this is my tenth day and it seems vanishing I saw in internet that its a symptom of acute hiv. And I could not concentrate on anything after knowing this. Is it a symptom of hiv?. And what are my chances of contacting hiv?.

mouth ulcer does not get so early in acute cases of HIV that too within a week. it might be due to some other reason. you had protected vaginal sex and exposed oral sex. once the oral and other gastrointestinal mucasa is intact HIV virus can not pass the acute acidic route of stomach. but to be on a safer side(since you visited prostitute) better go for conventional HIV test or many other rapid test after maximum of 6 months window period.
