Is Moderate Dosage Of Niacin Advisable To Control Liver Cholesterol?

What do you think of niacin, in moderate amounts (1000mg, twice a day), as a control of cholesterol coming out of the liver? I am aware of the dangers of over 3000 a day. I should tell you that I ve been taking it for over 20 years. Seems to help keep HDL high...

I really appreciate your concern, it is exactly wrong thing being done or you are doing it may be dangerous to health better to consult the physician, as long as the cholesterol is concern cut down the calorie in diet and so some exercise is best instead hope this information helps.
