Is Mildly High Body Temperature Of A Child A Cause For Concern?

Hi my baby who is 15 months old His nanny did not give him enough clothes and I checked him he was at 34 degree Celsius. I picked him up and immediately tried to warm him. His temp got back to over 35 within minutes Is he ok? Should I go to hospital to check him for hypothermia?

Hi,
Welcome to Hcm,
I dont think you need to go to get him checked for this purpose as of now. Warming up is the priority and if he gets warmed up its well and good. Temperature can go down depending on the clothing you are offering your child and temperature that is maintained around him. If after rewarming him also his temperature doesn't increase then surely you need to take him to hospital. Take care.
