Is Mild Mitral Regurgitation In A Child Due To Rheumatic Fever?

Female child age 9 years old ,, with no history of any congenital or Acquired disease ,, before one week she complaining from mild tonsilitis and her family take her to pediatrician,, the doctor gave her antibiotic but during heart examination he heared short but not clear murmur ,, he sent her to the echo ,, in the echo the doctor see mitral prolapes with moderate to sever regurgitation ,, on examination there is no clear murmur only tachycardia ,, she is very healthy girl and normal activeity she dont complian of any symptomes .. No chest pain no cynosis ,, good nutrition and weight ,, we repeat echo tody in another doctor to reassurance and the doctor say that there is mild mitral regurgitation not sever ... Chest XRay also normal ,, ECG also normal Please for your opinion about the two echos and each of them are right and do you think that this regurgitation is due to reuhmatic fever or due to congintal disease,,, Thank you so much

Consult a pediatric cardiologist and get evaluated. Most probably it is due to congenital heart disease.
