Is Mild Lumbar Column Scoliosis Causing Frequent Lower Back Pains?

I have frequent lower back pain, and have been diagnosed with very mild lumber column scoliosis, but I'm told it does not require immediate action and may work itself out. However often during light exercise such as yoga my back will crack nonstop, why is this? Is there anything I can do to cut down on the cracking?

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
You may use pain killers to dominate pain and should use lumbar fortress
You need to schedule a lumbar CT or MR because pain mostly is caused by lumbar discopathies
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
