Is Melswift Lotion Helpful In Preventing Vitiligo And How Much Time It Takes?

Hello Sir, I am 29 years old , facing vitiligo problem on past 9 years,white color patches occured on my lower lip.doctor suggested that use melswift lotion.Is it prevents that vitiligo on my lip and how much time it takes . reply me as soon as possible doctor

Hi,

You said you suffer from vitiligo on lower lip. Itis resistant condition..so, poorly responding to treatment. I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1% lotion on the patches thrice a day for long time.

Avoid rubbing,trauma and squeezing the skin of lip... which may precipitate the vitiligo,
