Is Liquid Oxycodone Available For A Pain Pump?

Hi, I have a pain pump and I am having a hared time tolerating the Dilaudid in a high enough dose to really relieve my pain so I have been taking oxycodone for break thru pain and they are fixing to take that away, my question is. Is there a liquid oxy. that would work in my pain pump because it seems to help more than the dilaudid
