Is Lightheadedness Normal After Being On HCG Drop Diet?
yesterday was day 3 of the hcg drop diet and i felt lightheaded on and off. i checked my sugar after eating and it was 93. i am 36 yrs old 5feet 4 inches. i weigh 155 and would like to lose 20lbs. medical history of gerd and mild endometrosis. is hypoglycemia common on the diet?
Blood sugar after eating is 93 mg/dl, apears to be on lower side. HCG Diet day 3 with low sugar indicates that you are doing dieting very strictly. One should avoid taking HCG Diet but take low calorie food in adequate quantity. According to your body weight type you need to take 1200 to 1500 kcal./per day. But for weight reduction along with diet reduction you need regular exercise which should be gradually increased. So take adequate low calorie food with adequate nutrition with regular exercises...
