Is Light Period After A History Of Heavy Periods A Cause For Concern?

I always have very heavy periods that come every 30-33 days in which I go through 4-5 pads (4 super plus Tampons and 3 pads if worn together) per day, within the first 3 days of my cycle. This time my period is on but there s no blood on the pad and it only comes out when I urinate. If I wear a tampon, there s very little blood but not enough to fill the tampon only the tip and a line down the middle. what could this mean when I;m going on my second day since it started?
