Is Keflex Safe For Cough After Tonsils Removal?
hi there, my 5 year old son had his tonsils removed 2 days ago. Since departing the hospital he has developed a cough which is upsetting him. He is currently on keflex & panadol to control his pain, but other than cold drinks & water is there anything else we can do to assist him with this cough?

Yes, it will work for pharygitis and cough. You may use steam inhalation thrice a day for five days. Hot sponging on chest application of vix may help.
If no improvement please consult with your Pediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
