Is Junior Lanzol, Ondem, Meftal-p Correct For Kid Having Bloating, Vomiting, Headache?

Hi Dr.my daughter who is 3.10 yrs old complained of forehead pain and I thought she might have injured her head, later I gave her lunch she coughed and threw up all the food..she continued to complain bloating stomach and I gave her jr.lanzol, ondem and meftal.p..she weighs 14kgs..is the medication fine for now.

Hai... Please stop meftal ad its an nsaid drug. Vomiting without loss of consciousness or recurrence means trivial. Please see your pediatrician & please do nor self medicate. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
