Is Itchy Anus With Fine Tears Around Suggestive Of Anal Fissure?
I have what seems to be anal fissure. But not sure all I know is it s sometimes itches, and I looked there are several fine tears from my Anya to the top portion of my butt.all I do is keep putting baseline or neosporine and it burns to when I wipe from bathroom. Or shower.

Your complaints are suggestive of anal fissue . The most common cause behind such fissure is constipation . Constipation causes a vicious cycle of pain and spasms which further worsens the constipation .
Treatment basically includes making the stool soft with use of more fibers in diet and stool softeners and decreasing the muscle spasms of anal sphincters with help of nitroglycerine rectal ointment . Drinking plenty of water is also important . Sitz bath should be tried for relaxing anal sphincter tone .
