Is It To Be Concerned About The Pain In The Chest Region?

have pain in the chest region when I breath in, have had a ct, ekg, and nuculer stress test and all are normal. pain will go away after a couple of days and then return after maybe a month, however the pair appear in a different area of the chest each time, sometimes it will be accompanied by a low grade fever.

In my opinion, you are mostly having costochondritis.
No need to worry for major heart or lung related diseases because all your reports are normal.
Costochondritis can cause recurrent chest pain on different chest areas with fever.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
5. Take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
