Is It To Be Concerned About Fast Heart Beat Along With Headache?
my heart has been beating quick all day, when i walk up my stairs I fell like I am not going to make it the rest of the way, I am out of breath and my legs feel like they are going to give way. I also have a headache on the right side of my head. should I be worried?

Palpitations are of multifactorial.
Many of them are innocent in the absence of a previously known heart disease, hypertension or thyroid disease.
So you don't have to worry much.
Still some basic investigation like ECG (and sometimes a thyroid profile, if clinically suspected) will be beneficial in your case as they can detect whether the palpitations are organic or not.
