Is It To Be Concerned About Child Passing Motion As Soon Feeding?

Hello,My baby just 5 months old passing motion which is semi-liquid immediately after drinking milk(Breast Milk) and fever too for the past 3 days. Doctor advised that it is due to some viral infection on examining the urine and motion sample test report and prescribed TAXIM-O Drops(1ml morning and night) and Electrokind-L drink for hydration.Is it safe for my baby or any other remedies ?

fever along loose motions is likely to be infective in nature. If doctor has given antibiotic after reports it's likely to be right choice.it is safe to give this medicine.
