Is It Safe To Use Vaseline For Perioral Dermatitis?
being treated for perioral dermatitis with oral ATB. Is clearing up slowly. Washing with only water and not using any creams or lotions on skin. My skin is now very dry and peeling. Is it safe to use vaseline maybe just at night to help hydrate my skin?

Yes you can apply vaseline or glycerine over dry skin around lips.It will hydrate & keep your skin moist.
Besides this you can also apply few drops of some mild steroid lotion(eg Desowen lotion) for few days over dry & irritated skin for speedy recovery.
I would also recommend you to take multivitamin capsule once(eg Cap Becasule) daily for 15 days.
