Hi

Infant acne is a common skin problem.

It mostly occurs under the effect of maternal hormones.

It is better not to apply anything on the baby skin for acne problem.

In most cases, these lesions are self healing and tend to heal in few weeks.

However, if it is very bothersome, then clindamycin application once a day can be done.
