Is It Safe To Use High Speed Elevator After Treatment For Pneumothorax?

I have just come out of hospital after having treatment for a pneumothorax. in a couple of days my family will be staying in a holiday apartment with a very fast elevator which can go past sixty floors up. Is it safe for me to be using this elevator for about a week?

Rising to sixty floors will result in so me drop of atmospheric pressure to some extent, that may cause gases in the lung to expand and that may be risk for a person who has just recovered from Pneumothorax with Bronchopleural fistula(a communication that has developed between lung and pleura). It is further advisable that a person who has recovered from pneumothorax should avoid heavy exertion for few weeks, although breathing exercises to keep lungs expanded are advisable.
