Is It Safe To Undergo Open Heart Surgery In An HIV Patient?

Dear sir, i am age of 66years, i am a heart patient since from 2000 year, i gone surgery of anjoplasti, afterwards i am normal, bt from 3 years i am getting pain in my left chest, when i admitted hospital i came to know that i got affected with HIV, doctors are refused to do operation, kindly let me know wheter i gone for open heart surgery.. pl revert me as soon as earliest..

hi,
If you are advised bypass surgery that means you must be having critical blockage and as such there is extra harm in doing it. Because if not done then there is more risk than doing it. So its better that you go ahead with bypass surgery. If possible get back with angiography report so that I can throw more light on it.
