Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Almost all medicines are passed into breast milk to the child so many medicines are to be avoided in breast feeding mothers.It needs to be seen what is the content of the whitening pills so that we know the drug and the effect it can cause to the child.But in any case it will be better to avoid unless required and prescribed by your doctor and it is necessary.So please consult the doctor who prescribed it.
Thanks
