Hi
Yes the prescribed medications are safe to be used during pregnancy.

Ondansetron) is a FDA Category B:
Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a fetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect, so you can take this under your doctor's supervision.

Doxinate is the safest drug for vomiting in pregnancy, this you can take with out any fear. You may take Vitamin Pyridoxine along with Doxinate to be more effective.
These drugs will not affect your baby and also follow these instructions to reduce nausea, vomiting

It seems to me you appear to be suffering from hyperemesis gravidorum (persistent vomiting during pregnancy).
While morning sickness is common, and is not usually harmful to you or your baby. However, severe vomiting can seriously affect you as it can lead to dehydration and weight loss. You are therefore advised to:

Eat little and often to prevent heartburn and nausea. An empty stomach can increase nausea. Try eating small amounts of bland, dry food throughout the day.

Avoid hot and spicy or fried foods, and eat less fat in general as they tend to irritate your stomach lining resulting in the production of more gastric acid

Do not lie down after a meal. If you move about a bit, you're less likely to throw up the food

Try drinking between meals if you're finding it hard to keep fluids down, and limit drinks during meals. Be sure to drink regularly

Get an ultra sound done to rule out the possibility of multiple pregnancy.

Hope the suggestion given above could be useful.
Take care
