Is It Safe To Take Medication For Hypertension And High BP?

I am 83 years-old lady. I am on antihypertensive medicines. My present blood pressure is 190/90 mm Hg. My doctor orescribed Stamlo 5 mg with the present medication. I have no other problem. What should I do? Is this BP too high at this age? SHould I take all the medications?

Yes as per the reading you mentioned you have Hypertension Stage 3 which requires medicine & extra care. I suggest you to follow your doctor in taking medicines & avoid salt i your diet as it also causes rise in blood pressure.
