Hello,

Regarding your concern, it is safe and okay to use. Metronidazole, one of the active ingredients in Amrizole N, has been detected in breast milk at low levels. However, it is generally considered compatible with breastfeeding.

Nystatin, on the other hand, is poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and is unlikely to be absorbed from the vaginal route in significant amounts. Fluconazole, the active ingredient in Fluconazole vaginal cream, is excreted in human milk. However, the amount excreted is low, and the drug is considered compatible with breastfeeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shah Hussain, General & Family Physician
