Is It Safe To Take Zerodol-sp For Spondylitis Leading To Swelling Of Fingers?

My mom is having swellings in her hand fingers due to spondylitis and one of the doctors suggested zerodol-sp...want to know if this has any side effects and if this is a permanent solution?What measures could be taken to get rid of this spondylitis permanently?

Well come to HCM
If this is spondylitis then exact nature of degeneration would be matter of concern and then and then line of treatment could be suggested, any NSAID (Non-Steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug ) have some side effect but this has to be taken for symptomatic relief, you have to discus this with orthopedic surgeon and condition may need MRI study, take care.
