Is It Safe To Take Warfarin, Digoxin And Carvedilol After A Wasp Sting?

I have two wasp stings on my arm from about one hour ago. Should I take my Warfarin, Digoxin and Carvedilol as usual tonight? Or should I skip any of them - could there be any reactions with the wasp poison? I have atrial fibrillation ongoing kept under control by these drugs. I am 61 years old.

I really appreciate your concern, if this the confirm wasps sting then better to omit the medicines for the time being and better to have clinical examination for final decisision hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
