Is It Safe To Take Softeron-Z During Pregnancy?

Dear doctor! I have been prescribed cap. Softeron-Z daily since my 12 week s of pregnancy as my hb.is 10.5 and also have constipation problem. I am also taking tab. Duphaston 10 bd ever since I was diagnosed to be pregnant which I am asked to continue till 5 months. Doc, can you please suggest if cap. Softeron-Z is abdokutely safe from 2nd trimester onwards as I found in google that its contraindicated in 1st trimester? Waiting for your prompt reply
