Is It Safe To Take Soboxin During Pregnancy?
My 29 year old daughter is five months pregnant and is a former heroin addict who is taking Soboxin to control opiate withdrawal symptoms. How will the drug, Soboxin, taken regularly during this second and third trimester of the pregnancy affect the fetus? How will or could the baby be affected after it is born? Why would any Doctor prescribe this drug to a pregnant woman to control her drug addiction?
