Hello,

Using Losartan and Amlodipine at different times of the day is absolutely fine as long as you remember to continue taking each pill at that particular time you chose. What is important is making sure you morning your blood pressure readings and record them, every morning and every evening, for 7 consecutive days and send the readings to your doctor or bring them here so that we check if the medication change is helping in controlling the blood pressure. Bring blood pressure less than 140/90 on average.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
