Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Taking dynapar (diclofenac) for long term is not safe. It can cause damage to kidneys and also cause gastric ulcers. So taking it regularly is not entertained. For lumbar spondylosis if there is severe pain and muscle stiffness NSAIDs like dynapar and muscle relaxants like tizanidine can be taken for short term. You should also go for physiotherapy like TENS and muscle strengthening exercises. Wearing lumbar supporting belt is also helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
