Is It Safe To Take Citalopram And Kalms Together?

Hi, I take Kalms for menopausal help (hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia) and they work a treat. I have now been given Citalopram for an anxiety disorder. Is it safe to continue taking the Kalms? I didn t last night (just in case) and suffered hot flushes/sweats and had no sleep and I can t continue like that...
