General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I really appreciate your concern. From your description I think you are suffering from recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI). You should definitely start antibiotics treatment for self. I advise you to have norfloxacion or ciprofloxacin for the period of at least 5 days. Sometimes recurrent UTI occurs due to incomplete course of antibiotics so please complete the course for complete treatment. Other risk factors for recurrent UTIs include use of a diaphragm and/or spermicides, and tampon use. So it advisable to avoid them.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
