HI I TOOK MY 8 CARBIMAZOLE AND 2 TOPAMAX AND 2 TRAMADOL AND I FEEL REALLY DIZZY ALMOST HIGH MAYBE HOW DO I GET BACK TO NORMAL? (AND YES THEY ARE PRESCRIBED TO ME I VE NEVER TAKEN THEM ALL AT ONCE NOR BEEN TOLD NOT TOO MY CARBIMAZOLE IS FOR HYPERTHYROIDISM AND TRAMADOL AND TOPAMAX FOR MIGRAINES I KEEP HAVING CONSTANTLY.)
