I really appreciate your concern, always try to give NSAID( Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) and best would be "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day and ask her to tolerate the pain as hard as she could, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
