Is It Safe To Start With Formula Feed?

Hello Doctor, My baby boy is 4 months old, 6kgs weight and 60cms height. He is exclusively on breastmilk as of now. But lately I am feeling he has become cranky due to hunger and lack of milk secretion in me. Is it safe to start with formula feed? If yes, than how much and how many times in a day I can give?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the way
its always advisable to give exclusive breast feeding till 6 months of age.
If the child is sleeping for 1 to 2 hours after every feeds, it implies feeds are adequate.

Take Care
Best regards
