Is It Safe To Reheat And Consume Uncooked Meat The Next Day?

Hi I cooked in the slow cooker a pot of stew with meat and it cooked for 4 hours. When my husband came home it still wasn t done and it was very late 11 pm so he said leave it and turn it back on tomorrow. Now I am afraid to reheat and eat it. What should I do. PLEASE help. and Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that always try to make the fresh cooking dish and no over left or preserve food should heat and process again, this is risky job and not advisable, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day
