Is It Safe To Increase Thyronorm Dosage From 25 Mcg To 125 Mcg?

I had TSH 5.8 about two years back I had a lot of hypothyroid symptoms like lethargy,weight gain,hair loss,fogginess etc basal body temp. always low lot. my endocrinologist started.25mcg thyronorm now it is increased to 125. I want to know is it ok to increase thyronm to 125 mcg with 5.8 rah as initial level
