It is absolutely safe for pregnant women to eat mango and banana during her pregnancy. Mangoes are very nutritional and are very high in
vitamin A, C and B6. It also has good iron content, dietary fibre,
folic acid and zinc. It is also rich in anti oxidants. But, it should be eaten in moderation as it gives a lot of heat to the body which can cause loose motions or
stomach cramps. It can increase
gestational diabetes.
It promotes weight gain, so eat one a day. Allergic reactions can also be from artificial ripening. You can also eat banana. It is one of the best fruits that should be added in daily diet as it is very rich in nutrient value. Vitamin like A, C and minerals like iron, calcium, sodium, potassium are available. It is very high in fibre content, so it will ease your pregnancy related
constipation problems. Both fruits are safe in patients with liver problems.
