Is It Safe To Have Protected Sex During Menstruation?

I had sex on the fifth day of my period, and we used a condom. I ve heard that it s bad for the body to have sex during menstruation, because the period will stop after engaging in intercourse plus there is a little percentage of get pregnant. Is this true?

all you said is just superstitions. It is just your choice when you want to have sex with your partner. getting pregnant is an another issue. it depends upon when you ovulate and when sperms fertilize the ovum.
There are ovulation testing kits available in market which are urine testing kits once it is positive next 48 hours are very important for fertilization of female egg. keeping relation during that time have highest chances of getting pregnant.
