Is It Safe To Have Herbal Supplements Along With Eltroxin And Lorazepam?

Hello, I have atrial fibrillation. I suffered four TIA's on Sept. 4th, 2001. During my hospital stay, my blood was thinned with heparin ,I am currently prescribed; Xarelto 20 mg, Diltiazem CD 120mg and Toloxin 0.25 mg for this AF condition. I have had, over the initial two years, three cardioversion procedures, only one lasted for a month or so. Initially I was prescribed Warfarin of strengths as determined by my INR results. I have been on Xarelto since June of 2013. I have become very interested in cleansing my body with herbal supplements such as wheatgrass. I am 65 years of age. I am also prescribed Lorazepam 1 mg and Eltroxin 1 mg. Will herbal supplements, espeacially Wheatgrass have any effect/reaction to any off my prescribed drugs?

If the Herbal preparation is not active ingredient, does not have any inotropic side effect then this could be taken, but better to confirmed it go through the complete literature and detain if possible have word with Ayurveda pharmacist, then and then you can try this, hope this information helps.
