Is It Safe To Have A Hip Replacement Surgery For One With Polio?

hi.i had polio when i was 10 months old that affected my right food and arm. my arm is a little weak, and my right leg is shorter by probly 4 inches and is week too. i dont have anymore "ball and socket" on my right hips which makes it feel very painful when i have to walk or even just stand or sit. is it posible to get hip replacement surgery and limb lengtheningsurgery at the same time?
