Is It Safe To Give Ibugesic To Babies With Fever?

My daughter who is 2 years old is prescibed ibugesic when she gets high fever (above 101), which is normally the temperatures she gets. I have now observed that when she has a fever of around 99.1 and I give her only crocin the temperature does not fall. Infact it slowly rises sometimes to 100 even after 3-4 hours after giving crocin. Whereas with ibugesic her fever goes down fast and does not come back for 6-8 hours. Is it that crocin is having no effect on her? I do not want to give her ibugesic everytime. Kindly help.

Occasionally giving Ibuprofen wont harm the baby.
you can safely give Ibuprofen for fever.
