Is It Safe To Give Cypon To 3 Month Old?

Hi, may I am uthra from chennai and my daughter is 3 and half months old. As i dont have enough secretion of mothers milk I have been feeding her lactogen from her 2 month Its been 3 days she stopped having lactogen and close her mouth tight nor opens mouth for food. As per the doc advice i gave her CYPON drops (5drops once in a day) after tat i could see improvements in her consumption wherein the number of times she stool has got increased (5 times)in a day. Pl do advice me whether cypon is advisable for a 3 month old baby and the side effects.

Please do not use Cypon drops. It is not licensed at this age group. Safety is not established.

It makes the kids sleep a lot. It makes them drowsy.
