Is It Safe To Give Combiflam For My 2.3 Years Old Son?
Hello Dr. My son is 2.3 years and he is suffering from fever,cold ,cough since last 4 days..in night his fever is 102 n today in the day his fever was 100..I am giving him combiflam,mucolite and ofloxcin....can u please tell me how safe is it to give him combiflam...

Try to avoid fluoroquinolone ( ciprofloating , ofloxacine) in kids, its not recommended. instead u can use amoxicillin -clavulanic acid syrup for the same but majority of the times these are viral fevers only for that only paracetamol is enough, don't give combiflam instead give paracetamol syrup 6 hrly or if needed u can give ibuprofen and can give syrup cetzine once at night :)
